Community
It is our aim that by meeting other local Osteopaths at learning and networking events, the Midland Osteopathic Society will foster working relationships, friendships and a community network of like-minded Osteopaths to support one another in practice.

Being a sole practitioner can be an exceptionally lonely place, and in lieu of direct colleagues, we hope Osteopaths can draw on the support of the wider professional community through our Society.

There are FREE discussion groups to join at the Midland Osteopathic Society to help practitioners peer-review complex cases and find the support of their community.

There is a Facebook forum to join, where practitioners unable to travel to the discussion groups can freely gain access to the advice of the local Osteopathic community.
OSTEO CHATS
OSTEOchats are an opportunity to get to know other people from the osteopathic
community in the West Midlands; and they're FREE to attend for MidOstSoc Members!
promotion
Learn promotion strategies from other osteopaths. MidOstSoc Members will also receive FREE promotional materials to share on social media.
CASE STUDIES
Tricky cases can be shared in our OSTEOchats and Facebook Forum for a shared insight and building reflective practice skills.
communication
Attend Communication and Consent Workshops to ensure you're up to date with the latest CPD requirements and best practice protocols.
Regular, informal OSTEOchats are a great opportunity to seek support from your local peers.
Difficult case studies are presented and discussed in a friendly, non-judgmental environment.
